Documents to provide

To finalize your registration at the club, please provide us with a complete file including:

• A medical certificate less than 3 months old stating fitness to practise Krav Maga.
• A recent ID photograph.
• The registration form, duly completed and signed.
• The signed acknowledgment of the internal rules.
• A parental authorization (for minors).
• Payment of the membership fee.
